Imran sat at his desk, feeling frustrated as he looked at his computer screen. As a software engineer, his job was demanding and often required long hours of work. His thoughts turned to his wife, Rubina, who was at home taking care of their two young children. Rubina loved being a stay-at-home mom, but Imran knew she often felt lonely and isolated. It was a hot summer day, and Zafar and Hina were enjoying a picnic together in the park. As they munched on sandwiches and sipped cold drinks, Hina noticed that Zafar seemed a little distracted. "Is everything okay, Zafar?" she asked. Zafar sighed and looked up at her, his eyes glued to his phone . "Sorry, Hina. I just can't seem to focus today. My mind keeps wandering to all sorts of things." Hina chuckled and gently took the phone out of his hand. "I think I know what the problem is. You're always on your phone ! It's like you can't help but get distracted all the time." Zafar blushed and put his phone away. "You're right, Hina. I'm sorry. I'll try to stay present with you." Hina smiled and took his hand.
