I'm Saba-us-Sabah a Wellness coach and writer, with a background in Urdu writing from Pakistan. I specialize in helping people achieve their goals by creating simple, easy-to-follow plans for them to follow.

I've been writing on health topics for more than 5 years, and have worked with clients from around the world to help them improve their health and wellbeing. I believe that everyone deserves access to the best possible care and treatment, but that it's not always easy to get the care you need when you need it.
